- Free Crisis Pregnancy Counselling
- Information on parenting and support after the birth
- Information on adoption and referral to other specialist organisations
- A drop in service is available
- Out-of-hours/ outreach services are available by appointment
- Counselling is available for partners/ family members/ others affected by crisis pregnancy
- Free post abortion counselling and support

- CURA provides Schools Awarenesss Programmes to second year students and older.
- CURA provides a Post Natal Support service in three Centres: Cork, Kerry and Galway.
- Cura has 16 centres around the country Athlone, Castlebar, Cork, Dublin, Dundalk, Ennis, Galway, Kerry, Kilkenny, Letterkenny, Limerick, Monaghan, Sligo, Thurles, Waterford and Wexford. CURA also has two outreach centres in Dingle & Gorey
